The Client: A coach shifting the focus of her practice to serve two distinct demographics:
- Women who want to cultivate healthy relationships
- Families and loved ones of people struggling with addiction and/or mental illness
The Goals:
- Rewrite website copy to reflect the new focus of the practice
- Write copy for Relationship Coaching that specifically targets women who are ready to create positive change in their relationships
- Create copy for two new paid Group Coaching offerings
My Process:
- Design the flow of copy so that the copy written for each target audience leads directly to the appropriate call to action
- Target the ideal Relationship Coaching client by keeping the messaging positive, empowering, and aspirational
- Ensure that copy for both target audiences is visible at all times
- Keep branding and messaging for each target audience consistent across all pages
Email Copy
The Client: A coach reworking a once-monthly free offering into a more robust offering for a nominal fee.
My Process: Highlight the features and benefits that this new paid offering will provide, beyond that of the free offering.
